At Bark & Bitter, we take great care in ensuring every order is packaged securely and arrives in excellent condition. Due to the fragile nature of our products and recent cross-border shipping changes that have made returns more complex and costly to process, we are only able to accommodate refunds or replacements in limited cases.
Refunds or replacements can only be issued if:
The goods are damaged or defective upon arrival
The goods were purchased directly from barkandbitter.com
The issue is reported within 30 days of the original purchase date
We’re unable to process returns or refunds for:
Bottles that have been opened or used
Orders placed through third-party sellers or marketplaces
Sale items or gift cards
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unopened, unused, with original packaging intact — and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring products arrive safely to our facility. Bark & Bitter cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments. During colder months, please take precautions when returning bottles, as we cannot replace bottles that freeze or break in transit.

As a result, we are unable to process cross-border returns or exchanges under any circumstances, unless the product was received damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@barkandbitter.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll review your case promptly and do our best to make it right.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and your financial institution may take several business days to post the refund.
