Perfection!

I'm still experimenting with some different combos but so far LOVING all of the Bark and Bitter bitters. Three simple trials just to use these on the fly included:

• pomegranate hibiscus herbal tea with orange bitters and the remarkable sparkling solution
• De Soi's Spritz with remarkable sparkling solution
• Fresca with remarkable sparkling solution, aromatic butters, orange bitters and rosemary

I haven't even gotten out my N.A. spirit collection to go further since receiving my shipment of all 4 bitters but know when I do, these bitters will really add complexity and depth!

I think the remarkable sparkling solution might be my favorite based on the uniqueness of it and ability to add it to so much for that rich tannin experience of wine that is so difficult to replicate sans alcohol.

Overtly Orange bitters.....GAME CHANGER!

Wow! I love the Overtly Orange bitters........I use them in the preparation of several of my favourite zero cocktails, Negroni, Manhattan, Sbagliato and in a spritz and the difference that just a few drops of the Overtly Orange bitters make to these drinks is incredible. It adds so much body and character. Anyone making zero cocktails needs to have these products.
