Novara Spritz

Whether you want to refer to this as a Spritz or an Americano, there's no denying the refreshing nature of a simple mix of aperitivo and soda. Traditionally garnished with a simple wedge of orange, the addition of an (optional) Castelvetrano olive to the skewer adds a salty, savoury note perfectly complementing the effervescence of this simple, delicious cocktail.
Ingredients
| 60mL | Novara Bitter Aperitivo |
| 120mL | Sparkling Water |
Preparation Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a wine glass filled with ice
- Using a bar spoon, stir glass gently to mix ingredients thoroughly.
- Garnish with an orange wedge, skewered on a cocktail pick.
