The king of all cocktails, it was the quest for a better non-alcoholic Negroni that led us to the launch of Novara. Traditionally made with an equal-parts ratio of Gin, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth, in this recipe we eschew the traditional proportions for a more balanced bitter blend in our non-alc take on our most favourite cocktail.
|40mL||Novara Bitter Aperitivo|
|20mL||Verjus or Non-Alcoholic Vermouth|
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
- Stir ingredients for 15-20 seconds to chill and dilute thoroughly.
- Strain into a pre-chilled old-fashioned glass, and add a single, large cube to glass.
- Express a long strip of orange zest over the surface of the drink and drop into glass.
