Phony Negroni
The king of all cocktails, it was the quest for a better non-alcoholic Negroni that led us to the launch of Novara. Traditionally made with an equal-parts ratio of Gin, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth, in this recipe we eschew the traditional proportions for a more balanced bitter blend in our non-alc take on our most favourite cocktail. Ingredients 40mL Novara Bitter Aperitivo 30mL Non-Alcoholic Gin 20mL Verjus or Non-Alcoholic Vermouth Preparation Instructions Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
