Wandering Spirits Pop-Up Event Recap
On July 21st, 2022, Bark and Bitter hosted its first ever pop up event in St. Catharines, Ontario at Wandering Spirits Coffee Shop, in partnership with Collective Arts gins.
The evening's menu featured a selection of classic gin-based cocktails such as the Negroni, Jungle Bird, and more, and true to form, every offering for the evening was presented with both a non-alcoholic, and spirited version.
Standout cocktails from the evening included the Enzoni, and Bark and Bitter's tropical signature, the Maggiore, combining Novara and gin with orange, pineapple, lemon, horchata orgeat, and aromatic bitters. Pictured above, the Jasmine was a tart, refreshing favourite between Guests as well.
