Wandering Spirits Pop-Up Event Recap: July 2022
On July 21st, 2022, Bark & Bitter hosted its first-ever pop-up event in St. Catharines, Ontario at Wandering Spirits Coffee Shop, in partnership with Collective Arts gins.
The evening's menu featured a selection of classic gin-based cocktails such as the Negroni, Jungle Bird, and more, and true to form, every offering for the evening was presented with both a non-alcoholic and a spirited version.
Standout cocktails from the evening included the Enzoni, and Bark & Bitter's tropical signature, the Maggiore, combining Novara and gin with orange, pineapple, lemon, horchata orgeat, and aromatic bitters. Pictured above, the Jasmine was a tart, refreshing favourite among guests as well.
